I. Purpose

The miniature injection molding machine is mainly used for injection molding of polymer materials, which is an important method for forming polymer material products. Almost all thermoplastic polymer materials can be formed by this method. It can form molded products of various shapes, sizes, and precision to meet various requirements.

5. The barrel is detachable for easy maintenance. A safety monitoring device improves operational safety and prevents misoperation.

6. Heating zones: 2, temperature control range: room temperature -380°C, control accuracy ±2℃.

7. Heating rated current(A)：10.

8. Control system: PLCPLC control, manual operation.

9. It can be used together with the laboratory miniature twin-screw extruder, or for independent injection molding.
