Professor Yanfeng Luo reported on product development and commercialization progress to Vice Mayor Dan and others
On December 24, 2024, Vice Mayor Yanzheng Dan of the Chongqing Municipal Government visited Chongqing University to investigate the construction of smart medical equipment. President Shuxin Wang and Vice President Shaojiang Deng of Chongqing University, as well as relevant officials of the university, participated in the investigation. Yanzheng Dan and his delegation conducted an on-site inspection of the College of Bioengineering, where Professor Yanfeng Luo reported on the product development and commercialization progress of the high-mechanical-property shape memory polyurethane, smart artificial periosteum, and anti-adhesion film developed by LSBM.

On December 24, 2024, the high-mechanical-property shape memory polyurethane, smart artificial periosteum, and anti-adhesion film developed by LSBM were exhibited at the Chongqing University Smart Medical Equipment Exhibition. The exhibition was organized and carefully arranged by Weilong Xu, Xiwan Wang, Qiyun Zhang, Yao Wang, Weijie Qin, Feby, and others.
